Month of Coordination
Pricing:
Weekday Weddings (Mon–Thurs): Starting at $1,200
Weekend Weddings (Fri–Sun): Starting at $1,500
Our Month-of Coordination package is designed for couples who have planned the major details of their wedding but want a professional to step in and flawlessly execute the final stages. The last thing a bride and groom should worry about on their wedding day is logistics—we’ll handle the details so you can focus on celebrating.
This package includes:
Initial Consultation to review all details and remaining needs
Final Venue Walk-Through (if desired)
Custom Wedding Day Timeline
Vendor Coordination: Final follow-up calls to all contracted vendors to confirm arrival/ departure times, set-up needs, and resolve last-minute questions
Rehearsal Supervision: Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour, day before wedding)
Day-of Wedding Assistant for added support
Décor Set-Up & Tear-Down (decor pre-planned by the client)
10 Hours of Day-of Coordination including design flow, vendor management, and schedule execution
Ceremony Direction: Coordination of procession and recession
Event Management: Serve as liaison between vendors, bridal party, and family to ensure a smooth flow
Reception Support: Assist catering with table clearing, trash removal, and venue wrap-up alongside the venue manager
Vendor Payments: Distribute final payments and gratuities (provided by the client)
Problem-Solving Expertise: Professional discernment to quickly resolve any unexpected issues

Partial Planning
Pricing: $2,800
Our Partial Planning Package is perfect for couples who’ve secured their venue but want extra support bringing the rest of the details together. You’ll stay involved in the fun parts of planning while we handle vendor outreach, logistics, and design guidance—making the process smooth and stress-free.
This package includes everything in the Month-of Coordination package, plus:
Initial Vision Meeting to establish priorities and align with your vision
Venue Walkthroughs to confirm logistics and flow
Design & Décor Assistance including mood boards, color palettes, and design schemes
Itemized Budget & Planning Checklist to keep everything on track
Vendor Support: Collect quotes, recommend trusted vendors, help select and negotiate contracts
Contract Review to ensure details are correct and clear
Vendor Meetings & Tastings (attendance if desired)
Printed Materials Guidance: Assistance designing and ordering save-the-dates, invitations, and other stationery
RSVP Tracking & Guest Management

Full Service Planning
Pricing: $3,700
For the couple with a vision but unsure where to begin, this package handles every detail from “yes” to “I do.” We guide you through the planning journey—securing the perfect venue, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, and bringing your design vision to life.
This package includes everything in the Month-of Coordination and Partial Planning packages, plus:
Venue selection assistance
Vendor research, site visits, negotiations, and bookings
Scheduling and attending vendor meetings with you
Creative design and décor conception through execution
Monthly planning meetings with your coordinator (up to one year before the wedding)
Post-event collection of gifts, décor, and personal items for delivery to your chosen location
Corporate & Business Event Planning
From large-scale corporate events to nonprofit fundraisers, our team ensures your event runs flawlessly while strengthening audience and vendor relationships. We handle logistics, design, vendors, and on-site execution so your team can focus on connection and impact.
This package includes:
Comprehensive logistics management (venue, catering, entertainment, presentations, breakouts)
Budget creation, management, and tracking
Vendor, entertainment, and volunteer sourcing, contracts, and negotiations
1–2 planning assistants on-site for up to 10 hours of coordination
Unlimited email and phone communication throughout planning
Floor plan design & décor oversight
Event timelines, checklists, and supporting documents
RSVP management and invitation/program design (with outsourced printing)
Social media marketing, event advertising, and optional website outsourcing/management
